Did you know that lions are among the first cat species that roamed our planet millions of years ago? Their DNA holds the secret to our pre-historic times. That is why we believe that there is much to thank them for. We only exist 200,000 years and wiped them almost of the earth in just one century. Why? Because we don't see and understand what they do for us. All we see is that they are mighty, beautiful or majestic. They are, but most importantly is that they are the best teacher of our Ecosystem and regulate the population of many other wildlife and plant species.
Neither lions, nor humans, can survive in isolation; both are reliant on functional ecosystems. Lions are our hope for the future, that's why it is our goal to provide the African parks full financing for the protection and conservation of the parks. Tourism is not able to finance that alone. One billion dollar is needed per year to maintain all the parks in Africa. We will take the responsibility to finance the parks with our Predator Protection Plan.
